Creative. Inspiring.

Unique.

“As I see it, creating art requires an imagination to go outside the normal boundaries in expressing oneself. My art, then, is always involving in its uniqueness, and it becomes a mental collaboration between me the artist and the viewer.”

My Art Influences.

Cubism has been considered the most influential art movement of the 20th century, and began around 1920. It was an avant-garde art movement, characterized by subjects being broken up and reassembled in an abstract form, so that the subject is seen in multiple perspectives. Picasso, Braque, and Léger were representative artists of this style.

Kandinsky and Malevich are considered pioneers of the Abstract art movement, a nonrepresentational style in painting and sculpture, first seen in the early 1920’s, and most often depicted in geometrical elements.

Surrealism as an art style developed in Europe, also around 1920, and was characterized by unnerving, illogical scenes, with unexpected juxtapositions, as a way for the mind to express itself. Magritte and Dali were some of the masters of this style.
